BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7400 block of Old Lee Highway, being off the southeast line of Old Lee Highway at Interstate 75. Part of an unplatted tract, being part of the property described in deed book W, volume 21, page 603, ROHC, and property for which a deed could not be located. Said part of tract begins on the southeast line of the I-75 exit ramp some 462 feet (as measured on a site plan of Silverdale dated January 9, 1989), or some 440 feet (as measured on the tax map) southwest of the intersection of the southeast line of said ramp with the Chattanooga City Limit line, said point being in the center of a branch, thence with the center line of said branch southwestwardly some 1295.5 feet (as measured on said 1989 site plan), or some 1535 feet (as measured on the tax map), thence southeast some 1105 feet to the Chattanooga City Limit line, thence south some 215 feet with said City Limit line, thence southwest 150 feet, thence northwest 1240 feet, thence northeast some 1627.83 feet (as shown on a survey of the Silverdale property by Sherrill Engineering dated 1994), or some 1650 feet (as measured on the tax map) to the southwest line of the I-75 exit ramp, thence southeast and northeast some 140 feet (as measured on the tax map) with the I-75 exit ramp to the center of a branch, the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
